The book opens with an introduction by William Chiaromonte, who guides the reader through the development of Del Punta’s thematic reflection, and with the incomparable “Introduction” to his handbook, through which the Author explicates – ideally dialoguing with his students – the method he follows to orient himself in the complex world of labour law and, more generally, his own essence as a jurist.
