        <p>The ongoing demographic ageing has significant educational implications, as it affects citizens’ learning needs and training requirements. The Tuscany Region contributes to the discussion on active ageing by sharing its perspective on current dynamics within the regional vocational training system, with a particular focus on the adult population engaged in training activities. The contribution offers an overview of the regional training offer, highlighting how it responds to the current challenges of a society increasingly faced with prolonged participation in the workforce.</p>
