      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The “Più 5” Project aims to promote the adoption of a healthy lifestyle and to prevent chronic diseases, frailty, and cognitive decline through the 4Habits® platform, which leverages generative artificial intelligence, big data, and advanced analytical algorithms. The intervention lasts eleven months (July 2024-June 2025) and involves 200 participants selected by physicians from the medical cooperatives Chirone in Florence and Vega Medica in Empoli. The program is designed to strengthen healthy habits across four areas: physical activity, nutrition, cognitive stimulation, and social engagement, using gold-standard diagnostic tools and personalized AI-generated content. “Più 5” is a joint initiative by Xmetrix s.r.l. and the Cooperativa Sociale Sintesi Minerva, under the patronage of ASL Toscana centro, the Società della Salute (SdS) of Florence, and the SdS Empolese Valdarno Valdelsa, and supported by the Fondazione Cassa Risparmio di Firenze. This article outlines the objectives, methods, current implementation, and future perspectives of the “Più 5” Project, also discussing its potential impact on public healthcare.</p>
