      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>The involvement of the human resources enhances identification with the organisation, stimulating motivation and commitment; enhanced commitment then boosts skills, job satisfaction and self-esteem. When the human resources are satisfied and fulfilled, they perform better, with a positive influence firstly on the level of customer satisfaction, and subsequently on the improvement of corporate performance. This sets up a virtuous circle which, by communicating to the personnel the importance of their contribution to the achievement of the final outcome, boosts their involvement and enables the company to achieve ever better results.</p>

      <abstract xml:lang="it">
        <p>Il coinvolgimento delle risorse umane incrementa l'identificazione nell'organizzazione stimolando motivazione e commitment e un alto commitment incrementa competenze, job satisfaction e autostima. Quando le risorse umane sono soddisfatte e appagate riescono a fornire performance più elevate influendo positivamente dapprima sul livello di soddisfazione dei clienti e, successivamente, sul miglioramento delle performance aziendali. Si instaura così un circolo virtuoso che, attraverso la comunicazione alle persone dell'importanza del loro contributo ai fini del raggiungimento del risultato, ne rafforza il coinvolgimento e permette all'azienda di ottenere risultati sempre migliori.</p>
