      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Telematic networks offer interesting opportunities for training. In particular, the tradition of research called CSCL, or computer supported collaborative learning, in over ten years of studies, has highlighted the potential of these tools within collaborative learning dynamics. This research, that starts from the reinterpretation of Vygotsky's historical-cultural positions, in combining pedagogical reflections with the contributions of cognitive ergonomics and with studies on "man-machine" interaction, points its focus on the most appropriate theoretical, methodological and design elements in order to facilitate collaborative learning practices on-line.</p>

        <p>Le reti telematiche prospettano interessanti opportunità per la formazione. In particolare la tradizione di ricerca denominata CSCL, o computer supported collaborative learning, in oltre dieci anni di studi, ha evidenziato le potenzialità di questi strumenti all'interno di dinamiche di apprendimento collaborativo. 
Questa ricerca, che prende le mosse dalla rilettura delle posizioni storico culturali vygotskijane, nell'unire riflessioni pedagogiche ai contributi dell'ergonomia cognitiva ed agli studi sull'interazione "uomo-macchina", si preoccupa di focalizzare gli elementi teorici, metodologici e progettuali più opportuni per facilitare le pratiche di apprendimento collaborativo in rete.
