        <p>The present research on the theme of the design of furniture components starts from the didactic experience carried out within a Design Drawing Laboratory. The aim of the course is to apply the themes and methods related to representation and, at the same time, develop the graphic processing skills of each student. The text is divided into four sections: drawing as a science of representation, drawing as analysis, drawing as a communication tool, drawing as a project. Each single theme is then divided into a theoretical part and a corresponding practical part with one or more exercises.</p>

        <p>La presente ricerca sul tema del disegno dei componenti di arredo prende avvio dall'esperienza didattica svolta all'interno di un Laboratorio di disegno per il design. L'obiettivo del corso è quello di applicare i temi ed i metodi legati alla rappresentazione e, al contempo, di sviluppare le capacità di elaborazione grafi ca di ogni allievo. Il testo è stato articolato in quattro titoli: disegno come scienza della rappresentazione, disegno come analisi, disegno come strumento di comunicazione, disegno come progetto. Ogni singolo tema si articola in una parte teorica ed una corrispondente pratica con una o più esercitazioni.</p>
