        <p>The incubator is a structure or a system that is aimed at those who have a business idea to develop, by proposing services and targets. The volume examines the business incubation activity as a phenomenon that experiences a consistent diffusion and differentiation according to the territorial context in which it is integrated, and which is testified by the wide terminology used to define this activity. The distinctive characteristics of the activity are analyzed, highlighting the most significant experiences in different international contexts: US, Israel, Europe, Italy.</p>

        <p>L'incubatore è una struttura o un sistema che si rivolge a coloro che hanno un'idea imprenditoriale da sviluppare proponendo servizi e obiettivi. Il volume esamina l'attività di incubazione d'impresa come un fenomeno che vive una consistente diffusione e differenziazione a seconda del contesto territoriale nel quale si va ad integrare, e di cui è testimonianza l'ampia terminologia usata per definire tale attività. Si analizzano le carattestiche distintive dell'attività, evidenziando le esperienze più significative in diversi contesti internazionali: statunitense, israeliano, europeo, italiano.</p>
