This work stems from the need to provide an additional teaching aid, to supplement the textbooks and notes taken in class, for students of General and Inorganic Chemistry courses. The goal is to enhance the understanding of three topics, presented in a particularly concise manner, with few concession to some demonstrations (Acid-base chemistry in water, Non-additive relationships between potential reaction standards) useful for clarifying some problematic aspects of the addressed topics.
